Steven was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the process. He made great suggestions and offered advice on how to use the platform and also what was worth upgrading to or not. He even talked me down from spending more money for something we didn't need. It did seem like a lot of hours needed relative to the complexity of the bot and task, but given all the other positives of interacting with Steven I'm not upset about it and frankly I don't know the system well enough to say if it was or wasn't.
